It’s the fourth Cycle of The Sun and a perfect moment for a new journey,

this time into the realm of the northern tribes.

In the 266th day of the year – the day of The Fall Equinox, we gather to celebrate life

in perfect harmony with Mother Nature.  From the stories of our ancestors,

this is when we can find our balance, as day and night are equal.

This is when we have to look in the past to reflect on our actions,

but also in the future to find the wisdom and inspiration for the next year to come.

It’s a time of gratitude and thanksgiving for what we have accomplished.

So if you like, you may carry a little musical instrument with you

(bongos, acoustic guitar, violin, percussion, tamburine…)

If you don’t have an instrument but you want to join, don’t worry, there will be some available, so just come and play.

You can also improvise one, and if you don’t know how,

just get your inspiration from what we have there.

a new project with digital riddims and live guitar.

“Papergirl” is an art project, founded in Berlin, which in

the style of American paperboys distributes rolled art pieces

by bicycle for free. The project was founded by Aisha Ronninger

and has been carried out since 2006.

“Papergirl Iasi” will create a space where you can come and make

a nice piece of drawing or painting and your work will be delivered

for free in Iasi. Available colors, materials and lot of wonderful ideas.

They will help you get safe and easy over this moments, so you can enjoy the rest of the party. If you can’t find the way to Carusel point, we hope your friends will guide you.

Beside that, they will be happy to share with you a lot of information about many subjects like the risks associated with hard drugs consumption or HIV spread.

Carusel participa la ONE LOVE cu un cort de 4×3 m si o echipa de specialisti. Aici poti veni pentru a te linisti daca simti ca este “prea mult” starea pe care o experimentezi. Echipa de la cort te poate sustine pentru a trece mai usor peste momentele neobisnuite care pot aparea pe fondul consumului de alcool sau diferite substante. Scopul este acela de a ne asigura ca aceasta experienta nu are repercursiuni severe pentru tine si ceilalti, iar trecerea spre starea obisnuita se face in siguranta. In cazul in care iti este greu sa ajungi la cortul Carusel, mizam pe sprijinul celorlalti pentru a te orienta catre cort.

In afara de asta, puteti afla informatii despre multe subiecte cum ar fi riscurile asociate consumului de droguri, sau despre transmiterea virusului HIV.

ONE LOVE – 2011 Gathering is an open air musical event, that will take place no matter the weather.

ONE LOVE – 2011 Gathering is a free event, still the organizers reserve their right to refuse admission or eject those people that do not respect some simple rules, designed so we can have a nice and safe party.

By attending and taking part in ONE LOVE – 2011 Gathering you agree full responsibility for yourself and your actions during the event.

So for a good development of the party, the following are prohibited:

- weapons

- possible dangerous objects

- explosives / fireworks

- glass of any king

- campfires (even if you think it’s safe)

- selling of any kind of product without permission from organizers

- bad attitude

- banned/illegal substances would not be tolerated and every individual is fully responsible if found with this kind of substances

We want to spend three days under the stars, so we have to treat Mother Nature with respect and after we leave, the place should be nice and clean just like we found it.

It is really easy to party and leave no trace if we follow some useful advices:

- keep the area clean and don’t throw your rubbish, cans or cigarettes on the ground

- we will provide garbage bags, so use them

- there will be selective garbage bags for cans and plastic bottles (recycling purpose)

- recycling means responsibility, so try to be responsible

- crush all the cans and bottles before dropping them

- in the camping area try to keep clean around your tent; use plastic bags for all your camp waste and after the party, please take it to the first garbage bin in the village – this will help us a lot in cleaning the area.

- when you reach ONE LOVE – 2011 Gathering, you will discover a clean and beautiful spot in the middle of nature; try to keep it at least the way you found it

- DO NOT throw (!burning) cigarettes on the ground; use a portable ashtray and if you forget to bring it, ask for a free one at Info Point

ONE LOVE – 2011 Gathering takes place in North Romania, and temperatures during the nights of September can get really low. So you should come prepared and bring:

- tent

- good sleeping bag

- sleeping pad

- warm clothes & jacket

- raincoat (even if it doesn’t rain, there is humidity in the morning/evening)

- boots

Also it would be wise to carry with you:

- flashlight

- first aid

- garbage bags

- portable ashtray

- sunglasses

- incense (but please take care where you fire them)

- mirth

- good and positive attitude

GHID SI REGULAMENT PENTRU ONE LOVE – 2011 GATHERING

ONE LOVE – 2011 Gathering este un eveniment cultural-muzical, care se desfasoara in aer liber, indiferent de conditiile meteo.

Cu toate ca participarea este gratuita, organizatorii isi rezerva dreptul atat de a refuza accesul cat si de a scoate afara din zona evenimentului pe acele persoane care nu respecta cateva reguli simple, gandite pentru a avea o petrecere frumoasa si sigura.

Fiecare participant la ONE LOVE – 2011 Gathering este responsabil pentru integritatea sa si actiunile sale pe durata evenimentului.

Pentru ca acest eveniment sa se desfasoare in bune conditii, sunt interzise urmatoarele:

- arme de orice fel

- obiecte periculoase

- explosivi sau orice fel de artificii

- sticla (in orice fel sau forma)

- aprinderea focului (chiar daca il considerati mic si sigur)

- comercializarea oricarui produs fara acordul organizatorilor

- atitudine negativa

- substante ilegale – posesia sau consumul de astfel de substante sunt strict interzise, iar organizatorii evenimentului nu raspund pentru persoanele gasite cu astfel de substante.

Incercam sa petrecem trei zile sub cerul liber, asa ca trebuie sa tratam natura cu maxim de respect, astfel incat la sfarsit sa lasam locul intact. Ideea de a petrece fara a lasa urme este destul de usor de realizat, daca tinem cont de cateva sfaturi:

- nu aruncati pe jos resturi, gunoaie sau mucuri de tigara

- din loc in loc vor fi amenajate spatii pentru colectare selectiva plastic/metal/gunoi

- reciclare inseamna responsabilitate si bun simt, asa ca va rugam sa aruncati plasticul si metalul separat

- striviti toate peturile si dozele metalice inainte de a le arunca

- in zona de camping incercati sa pastrati curat spatiul din jurul cortului; folositi pungi de plastic pentru a arunca orice fel de gunoi

- la plecare puteti lua punga de gunoi sa o aruncati la pubelele aflate in sat (ne ajutati enorm in actiunea de salubrizare si ecologizare a zonei)

- cand veti ajunge la ONE LOVE – 2011 Gathering  veti descoperi un loc frumos si curat in mijlocul naturii; incercati sa-l pastrati cel putin la fel de curat

- nu aruncati tigari aprinse pe jos; folositi o scrumiera portabila, o cutie de medicamente sau de film foto. In caz ca nu aveti, intrebati la InfoPoint si veti primi gratuit o scrumiera.

ONE LOVE – 2011 Gathering se tine in nordul tarii, iar temperaturile in timpul noptii la sfarsit de septembrie pot fi foarte scazute. Daca intentionati sa petreceti noaptea in natura ar fi bine sa aveti la voi:

- cort

- sac de dormit BUN!!!

- izopren

- haine groase si calduroase pentru noapte

- geaca

- impermeabil (chiar daca nu ploua, dimineata si seara este umezeala)

- bocanci/ cizme de cauciuc

Ar fi indicat sa luati cu voi:

- lanterna

- trusa de prim ajutor

- saci de gunoi

- scrumiera portabila (sau o cutie de film foto/medicamente etc)

- ochelari de soare

- betisoare/uleiuri parfumate (va rugam sa nu le lasati sa arda nesupravegheate)

- voie buna

Petrecere frumoasa! ONE LOVE

When arriving to Iasi go to Pacurari Maxi Taxi Station and take the Ciurbesti bus. The last one is at 20:30 and is going to cost you around 3 Ron. Get off at Ciurbesti and from there follow the ONE LOVE signs.

If you plan to come by car, from Iasi you have to drive south, cross the river, and follow Nicolina Road according to the map below. (pay attention to turn right when you arive at Horpaz, Ciurbesti sign).

Cu orice mijloc de transport vrei sa ajungi la ONE LOVE – 2011 Gathering, trebuie sa treci prin minunatul oras – Iasi, deci poate aveti putin timp sa vedeti cateva locuri frumoase.

Cand ajungeti la Iasi, mergeti in autogara Pacurari si luati microbuzul pe care scrie Ciurbesti. Ultimul pleaca in jurul orei 20:30 si costa in jur de 3 Ron. Coborati in satul Ciurbesti si urmariti semnele pentru ONE LOVE.

Pentru cine vine cu masina, din Iasi trebuie sa mergeti spre sud si sa iesiti din oras pe Soseaua Nicolina, asa cum arata si harta. Faceti dreapta la indicatorul spre Horpaz, Ciurbesti. Din sat urmariti semnele ONE LOVE.
